This is a massive project. The Hotel/Waterpark is adding on 400 rooms, doubling the size of the waterpark, adding private villas and expanding the front desk and restaurant areas. These changes also required new stormwater management plans on the entire property.
Smithfield Gateway is a massive development in Marshalls Creek, PA. It will eventually include medical offices, retail shopping and townhouses. The first phase of the project included installing a 72 inch stormwater pipe. This pipe run is 300 yards long and is sometimes more than 40 feet deep and it required us to use a special drill to bore under the highway.
